I'm an investigative journalist working for some of the best current affairs programmes in the business.

A presenter of BBC Radio 4's award-winning documentary series File on 4,  my exclusives include the stories of women tricked into sexual relationships with undercover police, and the former detective who blew the whistle on failings in the Rochdale child grooming investigation.

I'm a familiar face on Channel 4 News, with a particular focus on social affairs and health. I also appear on the Today programme, 5 Live and the BBC World Service.

An experienced foreign correspondent, I've reported from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Senegal.
